Summary of Our Practice
Steven L. Stern has been engaged in the representation of clients in business litigation
for more than thirty years. Over the past decade, he has placed special emphasis on
representation of clients in all areas of employment and labor litigation.
These areas include wrongful termination; employment discrimination based upon race,
ethnic background, religion, age and gender; sexual harassment and hostile workplace environment;
failure to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") and similar provisions of
California law; employment discrimination; and civil rights violations.
